Children/clients must be symptom free for 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medications. These guidelines are to protect our staff, other children we see, including those with immunosuppression, and to allow your child the rest and recuperation needed to take an active role in therapy participation. Thank you for adhering to this policy.

Step 1: We begin with a brief intake phone call (about 10 minutes) to discuss your concerns and answer any insurance-related questions. During this call, we’ll also work with you to schedule your child’s initial evaluation.
Step 2: The evaluation takes about one hour and can be conducted at your child’s home, daycare, school, or another agreed-upon community location.
Step 3: After the evaluation, your Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide recommendations for treatment. Typically, therapy sessions are scheduled 1-2 times per week for 30-60 minutes, depending on your child’s individual needs.
